New CSX Head

CSX has a new CEO after previous head named to top job at United Airlines.

Any effect on Amtrak? I know this past summer while riding the LSL, the CSX tracks in upstate NY, especially around Syracuse, were in terrible shape.

Unfortunately, the top brass at CSX are mainly concerned with protecting the company's stock price and their own big bonuses. Of all the big railroad companies, they seem the least concerned with actually running a railroad.
