SECOND TURBO ARRIVES: On Dec. 12, the second RTL-III turbotrain, Powercars 2162-2141, arrived at Amtrak's Rensselaer Maintenance Facility at 1 p.m., having run under its own power from Super Steel at Glenville, NY. Still no word on when this trainset or the first RTL-III trainset, will go into revenue service. (Andy Kirk - posted 12/12)
