Where can I go the day of my trip to tell if my train is running on schedule?Thanks

go to www.amtrak.com and use the "check train status"feature. you can also call 1-800-usa-rail. i feel the most reliable is to call our local station. don't know if that is true or not(our station agents don't mind and, in fact, encourage us to call)

Calling 1-800-USA-RAIL is a good idea. It is very helpful. However, if you call 1-800-USA-RAIL, you need to be in a quiet place, for Julie detects all the background noises. I have talked to station agents for on time rates, but not very sure about calling.
