This advisory was posted by Gene Poon on Trainorders.com and the Yahoo! Amtrak groups. Very interesting circumstance...wonder if they'll be given complimentary meals in the Diner like Coach Passengers get on the Auto Train or not. Reminds me of something sort of similar that occured once with my trip on #98, where we had only 3 coaches till SFA, where they added a forth, meaning the coaches were pretty packed:

OMG, i was on the AUto train leaving SFA when that happened. They added a coach, and put them in there. Their bus got stuck in traffic coming from ORL, and delayed us. That's ok though because our sleeping car blew a 480 cable and delayed us an hour, losing our time slot therefore making us 4 hours late.

When we got to LOR there was a bus waiting to take the PAX to WAS.

I dont know whether they ate free or not.

THat train had 400+ peeps on board.

Funny that that should be brought up.
