Not the last place I expected to see an article about train travel but also certainly not the first place I expected to see an article on train travel either.

I thought it a very fair article, but what a shame about the prices quoted. Not wrong, but so inflated compared to a few years ago.

"Coach seats on Amtrak trains are similar to the typical first-class experience on an airline in the United States. You get plenty of legroom, and reclining the spacious seats is easy. Plus, there’s personalized attention from the staff."

Dunno about the personalized attention? In coach? Have I been unlucky? Hardly seeing a coach attendant has been my experience.
