In October, I joined Netflix through the on-line shopping mall thinking it was going to be an easy 1500 points for Al and I to use on an upcoming trip. After sending several letters, faxing original receipts, and calling every week since March :angry: , I FINALLY got the 1500 points posted to my AGR account today. :lol:

If anyone needs a very accommodating AGR employee, call Marcia B!
