Seeking winter sunshine again, found me back in Portimão for 3 weeks in December 2023.
I wanted to visit Lisbon for a few days too, so these are a few photos from that trip.
I took the local train from Portimão to Faro the day before, and spent the night in Faro. Early start the next morning.
Although it is warm in the sunshine, in December the mornings are quite cold. Happily, the Faro station coffee shop was open!
6.30 am. Faro train station is a bit quiet!

Sadly, I didn't have time to take up the recommendation to visit the electricity generation museum, as recommended, so I will have to go back to Portugal again soon!
