46 corridor passenger cars...would be retired
Heritage Clocker Coaches, Hi-Level Coaches, and ex-Metroliner Coaches???
142 long-distance passenger cars...would be retired
Heritage Baggages, Heritage Crew Cars, and Heritage Diners???
147 locomotives...would be retired
P-40's, P-32-8's (the Pepsi fleet), GP-40PH's, and the remainder of various switchers??? This only adds up to 125 locomotive. What about the other 22?
Purchases would be made of 14 new RDC units
For what service and who would build them?
Purchases would be made of...75 long-distance cars
New Baggages, Crew Cars, and Diners. What about the sleepers and the other 67 cars to make up for the 142?
Purchases would be made of...80 new auto carriers
This is 16 more than the already 64 Auto Carriers. Does this mean expanded capacity on the Auto Train or will each carrier have less vehicle capacity than those today?
Now I know most of these cannot be answered, but what are your thoughts?

To add to this, as I posted earlier, Would the new purchases be Viewliners?
I would assume so if the Viewliner Sleepers are not being retired and Gunn wants matching equipment (except for Amfleet Lounges and Coaches, but it is better than today's mixed bag).
