I have to do a ficticious business plan for a college class I am taking. For fun and to make it interesting to me, I decided to start up a small commuter line. Amtrak and I sure AOE pay freight railroads a fee for traveling on their rails. I need a ballpark figure on what these fees are. I'm sure it varies with use and location, but I need an idea and if someone knows anything about this I would greatly appreciate your input.
