This is the statue of labor leader A. Phillip Randolph by Tina Allen at Union Station in Washington, D.C. Notice there is this odd, wishbone-shaped object in his right hand. Anybody know what it is or what it symbolizes? It almost looks like it was broken at some point. The best that Google has done for me so far is that the statue has been moved from place to place in Union Station over the years.
