Due to the cancellation of Hinton RR Days I wanted to cancel my roundtrip ticket on the Cardinal. 51 was a Saver fare and 50 was a Value fare. First I tried the app which was useless, the modify and cancel tabs did nothing! I didn't want to spend up to an hour on hold for an agent so I tried logging in to my account on the website. The extra authorization thing was an issue because the text with the code never arrived. So I tried receiving the code by email: nothing, checked spam folder, nope. Then I looked in trash folder .... and there the email with the code was. I logged in and easy peasy after that. I cancelled the res and was given an option that included 100% voucher for the Saver fare and 100% refund to credit card of the Value fare.
