The position of Chief Executive Officer was posted and advertised from January 12, 2015 through February 11, 2015. Twenty (20) resumes were received for the position and the top three (3) candidates were interviewed by the Board on Friday, February 27, 2015.
The Ad Hoc Committee recommends the Board approve the At-Will Employment Agreement for Arthur T. Leahy to be effective on April 13, 2015 through April 13, 2018 with an annual base salary of $330,000. Mr. Leahy will be eligible for the benefit package as described in the Employment Agreement in Exhibit A.
