I'm just curious if the diner/cafe closes on different trains at different times, like with the SWC, the cafe closes about 9ish I thought, and my girlfriend is on the SL right now and she says the announcer said the cafe closes in about 10 minutes from now

The staff need meal breaks too! 
There seems to be a fixed but not hard closing time, once on 7 the cafe was open until after north of St Cloud. That is a good 2 hours of the usual 1030p/Saint Paul closing time. I asked another crew about and was told if it happened they were working for tips.
