Sale of Transition Sleeper Space Expanding
More trains will offer Standard Bedrooms in the Transition Sleepers for revenue sale this summer.

Revenue space in these cars will be Rooms 17-24.

The additions are:

Trains 5-6, California Zephyr

Trains 21-22, Texas Eagle, expanding from triweekly to daily

Trains 29-30, Capitol Limited

Sale of revenue space in transition sleepers will continue on Trains 58-59, City of New Orleans.

One thing I don't understand is, "Texas Eagle, expanding from triweekly to daily." Wasn't it already daily between Chicago and San Antonio? Or does this mean now daily between Chicago and Los Angeles?

No it means that the transistion rooms will now be sold 7 days a week, between CHI and SAN. Previously, they only sold those rooms on the three days that the Eagle has through cars to LAX. On the days that the train terminated in San Antonio, they didn't sell the trans dorm rooms.
