Seattle Train Station

Will the Seattle station have taxi's on their premises 24/7?

I highly doubt 24/7 since the station is not open 24/7, but taxis will be on site whenever the trains arrive and depart (usually throughout the day and evening while the station is open), so if you are looking to make a train to taxi or taxi to train connection you should not have a problem. However, I'm sure the local cab company could be called and one dispatched for you in you needed one at another time when the station is closed.

There are usually cabs right outside the main door, waiting for passengers just getting off the trains. Usually there is a line-up for the taxis. City bus service is also not too far away.

I arrived on the Coast Starlight 4 hours late and there was a line of cabs available to take me to the SeaTack airport. Only wish I had known how close Takoma was, could have saved 20 dollars on fare.

I saw several direct phones to cab compianies while there.
