The only Amtrak sleeper accommodations that make me squick a little? The Viewliner roomettes with the toilet! And only because of the bad aim issues on a moving train with a nice absorbent seat cushion beside it. Unfortunately, no amount of Clorox or Lysol wipes/sprays will fix that one. But to avoid that one, I just sit in the other chair and leave it be.
Other than that? If the tray table is dirty, a face towel from the shower room and a bit of water is plenty enough to clean it up. In all reality, most commercial aircraft are much more soiled than anything on Amtrak. I spilled a Sprite on a Delta flight not long ago, and when I stood up after the flight was over to exit, my blue jeans were black.
