Let's keep this thread going as verified updates on Staffed Stations occur.
I was pleasantly surprised to see that Back Bay Station in Boston is once again staffed.
On Friday, May 27th, they had (3) people on, 1 each at the 2 windows, and a 3rd "on the floor" offering directions and assistance.
I never saw any news updates on this, but the Amtrak site, now shows it with a sales office, and this allows Unaccompanied Minors to once again use this station. It also mentions baggage assistance, which I take to mean there is some form of Red Cap service.
