The Califilornia Zephyr goes through 4 State Capital Cities, Sacramento, CA./Salt Lake City, UT/Denver,CO and Lincoln, NE.The Coast Starlight travels through three states and through those states' capitals. Are there any other routes that do the same thing with the states it travels through?
The better question might be, how many state capitals doesn't Amtrak pass through? The Coast Starlight travels through three states and through those states' capitals. Are there any other routes that do the same thing with the states it travels through?

And Lansing, MI is actually in East Lansing (lol)To get picky, some stations serving state capitals aren't actually in the capital city. For example:
- Olympia, WA station is actually in Lacey
- Albany, NY station is actually in Rensselaer
Doesn't it miss going through Olympia? I know it's close, but not quite passing through. The Coast Starlight travels through three states and through those states' capitals. Are there any other routes that do the same thing with the states it travels through?
But the trains do actually go THROUGH the capital after leaving Rensselaer. To get picky, some stations serving state capitals aren't actually in the capital city. For example:
