Status of #8/20?

Does anyone know what is going on with #8/20. It doesn't show up on the Amtrak tracking map, the arrival status at various stations along the route show "unavailable" and it also doesn't show up on the Dixieland tracking map either.

Amtrak Status Maps will flush the train's file from the maps to the archives when there has been no report from Amtrak for a long time. So, I put it back on the map.

Now then, why Amtrak is not recording/reporting its time - I'll hazard a guess - the GPS unit isn't working.

Thanks for the update. It is strange indeed that Amtrak isn't even reporting status from stations where the train had already passed.
