Yes, the Train leaves SAS @ 7AM, Breakfast will be served about 30 minutes after rolling out heading North, it's First Come, First Served so listen for the LSAs Announcement! Last call is in Austin about 930AM for Sleeper Passengers Boarding there! FYI, Lunch is serverd after leaving Temple , it also is First Come/First Served! Dinner Reservations are made after leaving Dallas and usually starts about 5PM if you are going on towards Chicago!!

Thanks for the helpful information. We are traveling from SAS to CHI. We always go for the first sitting at meal time.
