Why is todays #22 detouring through Palestine, Tx? At least it's showing up as being in Palestine on the Amtraker

This has been going on for close to a week now. Not sure, but I think it's track work. It's a mystery why it only affects the north bound Eagle, not the southbound one. Maybe a 'time of day' thing; the southbound goes through the affected area after working hours.
