Timeline for Amtrak improvements

I've enjoyed reading updates on this forum relevant to the service restoration to Roanoke, openings of several rebuilt stations, incremental release of new Viewliner II Diners, Ready-to-Build Campaign, and announced improvements to CUS and NYP. With so many developments, I find it difficult to determine what is in the preliminary/planning stage, what is in the scheduled/construction stage, and what is in the completed/implementation stage. Perhaps a central thread or resource can be made to help AU users understand the current stage of each improvement?
