I did a search and can't find an answer....

My 370 CHI-HOM was cancelled on 3/30 (derailment in Gary - hazmat)

We were put on a bus which wasn't all bad even though it's nothing at all like the train (express to the station, got in at the ETA of the train)

I assume the ticket is considered used.

Do I not get AGR points for this leg?
Granted, it's only 200 but those things add up.

The double points for the DAL-CHI leg have posted, maybe I need to wait a bit?

TIA everyone :)

You are entitled to points for this trip. Whether they will post automatically is another question, of course. I assume

you had an e-ticket since it was supposed to have been a standard train ride. Was that e-ticket at any point scanned

by a station agent or the bus driver? If so, your points should post no problem. If not, it's possible that your ticket was

not considered used and you could either take up the issue with AGR if you want the points, or consider yourself

the beneficiary of a free ride and use the refund/voucher for another trip.

Thanks for replying, I'm new at this AGR stuff. :)

No, the ticket was never scanned for that leg now that I think about it.

I suppose I'll call or file a missing points request and see about getting the points considering they got me where I needed to be when they said they would.
