I'm pretty sure all 3 use the same data that is from Amtrak's trains.

I'm also pretty sure none of them are in real time because of a several minute delay.

There was another site that posted the historical arrival times of all Amtrak trains at all stations for the past 30 days, but has gone out of business after Amtrak changed its coding routine and the host person decided it would be too much work to reconfigure his website to work again.
