upgrading online (to bedroom)

I don't understand when I go to my reservation on amtrak.com and click modify, why is there no option to upgrade.

Perhaps there are no rooms acailable to upgrade to?

Might want to talk to a rez agent on the phone to see what is available.

If you used a Res agent, then you have to use an agent for any changes or upgrades.

So my husband and I have a roomette on CL and SM, been checking prices for bedrooms every day. Funny how one day can change so abruptly. Yesterday on CL, bedroom was $383, today it's $483. Bedroom has to go below $300 before I could even think of upgrading.
