If the state did impose a curfew from 10am till 3pm wouldnt amtrak still be able to get trains 98 and 90 out of Miami and trains 91 and 97 into Miami? All of those trains run the Miami to West Palm section before 10 and after 3.
The problem is there are about a dozen tri-rail trains on the line which will have priority. It would be apain to get a train past the 72 miles or so to west palm where tri-rail service ends.

AFAIK the the star and the palmetto still change motive in philidelphia.
Unless of extreme unforseen circumstances, the "Star," "Meteor," and the "Palmetto" all three change their locomotives at WAS. The roadrailers to and from PHL, however, remain on #92 NB "Star" and #89 SB "Palmetto" only. They are no longer on #90 and #91. Trains #92 and #89 were making their engine change at PHL, but it takes place at WAS now instead of PHL. This info as of about three weeks now from best of my memory, again unless of other circumstances evolve.
