Why the Blue Water is being delayed

The Blue Water is being delayed enroute because of a CN GBO order that states Amtrak has to be able to stop before going over road crossings it can lose up to 1hr in each direction because of this order.There is no say when this order will come off but CN freight trains don't have this rule only Amtrak. :angry:

Its pnly a mere coicidence that the train is getting in accidents. Maybe the timetable is just cursed. :lol:
