I mailed my unused ticket in several weeks ago asking for either a credit card refund or voucher. But I have not seen any sign of either. Any general ideas on how long it takes? Do they mail a receipt back?
well I finally got my refund, so I guess it took around a month to process from the time that I mailed it in.the refund went directly to my credit card -10%. My experience on refunds for service disruption refunds is six weeks (ore more). Really? Last summer we were refunded for two legs of our trip due to bustitutions (refunded accommodations and also a BC upgrade).
