Thank you for that important information. I did not know that. I called them, and currently I dont have enough points in my AGR, so they said to wait until the points transfer and then call them, and they will be able to use the points to get the rooms. D

AlanB, so I am looking at the Amtrak rewards chart, and it says 15000 for roomette, I would need 90000 points for 2 roomettes each way, am I reading that right? I just opened a Continental One Pass account, which means I can do a transfer and it will be maximized. Thanks, D.
