Heritage cars did not use "economy room" in their terminology. That came with the introduction of the Superliner's. And the one-of-a-kind experimental Amfleet car with economy rooms.
Heritage equipment offered First Class Roomettes or Double Bedrooms. The budget priced accommodations were Single or Double Slumbercoach rooms.
All of the heritage rooms had toilets. The first class double bedrooms had them in an enclosed annex. Also two double bedrooms in some cases could be opened up into a four bed "Bedroom Suite". There were more variations going back, but this is prettty much what Amtrak had.
