Sad to hear, but these things do unfortunately happen.

At the end of the video clip that was either a late northbound Silver Meteor or the southbound Silver Star. Not sure about Amtrak train on the outer track. Also at the end the reporter in the studio said trains were restricted to 5 mph, but that train came wizzing by at at least 70 mph.
