Hello All,
I just took a trip on Amtrak 2 weeks ago. I didn't use any of my AGR info when booking, but I still would like to recieve the points. But, the problem is that the ticket was in my name, and the AGR account is in my father's name. When I emailed them asking if they could credit the AGR account, they said no because the account wasn't in the ticket-holders name. But, the credit card used was in the AGR account holders name. That's like 1000 point's i'm losing. Has anyone else ever had this issue?
