AGR Travel Purchases and Travel Certificates

This question just popped up in my mind. (I'll be alright!)

If you make a reservation with the entire trip bought with AGR points, and you had experienced situations like no AC or toilets not working, etc., would the purchasing via points only have any effect on Cust. Services decision to give you a travel certificate for what you've experienced?

I'm not hoping something like this happens in the future my my seldom inquiring mind wants to know!

I believe that we have discussed this before; but, yes, people have received travel certificates for issues on award travel.

Yes, it has happened to me! And I have received a travel voucher for AGR award travel too!

Because of the October debacle (Cardinal) last year, I received a $500 voucher! And most of that travel was AGR awards!
