All AGR sleeper tickets can now be picked up at station

Not too long ago, if you booked an AGR sleeper award more than 30 days before departure, they insisted on printing the tickets and mailing them to you, which made making any changes to your reservation a big pain. An AGR agent just told me that this policy has been discontinued. Now, if the award is redeemed more than 30 days before departure, the customer has a choice of picking up the tickets at the station or having them mailed.

I was just able to book an AGR sleeper award for August which I'll be able to pick up at a Quik-Trak machine at my convenience.

I only wish it was in place before I had to cancel my fall trip! It would have saved a lot of time and expense!
