Amsnag glitch?

I received a Amsnag update today for OTT-RNO, Mar 26.

It reads...fare $101...roomette $520...bedroom $420...

I would love to snag the bedroom, but when I go to Amtrak...

It says...fare $118...roomette $530...bedroom $1475...

Is this most likely a glitch of some sort, or can I call an agent to get these prices?

My understanding is that although Amsnag still works fine with finding prices at the time you enquire, it has errors with "fare alerts"... You probably should not rely on it any longer to monitor low fares and send email alerts.

I think the fare did drop and was then manually raised back up. I have had several Fare Watch notifications for the SWC in August that show the fare dropping and then raises back up 10 minutes later. I purchased a roomette at $460 and after several drops/increases back to $460, one day it went to $461. Since when does a roomette price increase by just one dollar unless a person has manually set a minumum price level for the computer?
