Amtrak in 1974 - found photos of a documentary project

Ran across this article in the Atlantic Cites blog today discussing a photo project undertaken by the EPA in 1974 to document Amtrak trains. The photographer is a freelancer who also did work for the National Geographic, and photos include a number of trains, both interior and exterior. Original shots were taken on Kodachrome film, but due to bad storage conditions some of the colors have faded. Still an interesting blast from the past.
