Amtrak phone survey

Is this legit?

We got a call after 9pm last night, saying the person was doing a survery for Amtrak. She called the phone associated with my husband's AGR account.

Was irritated about the hour they called and had never received this type call from Amtrak before.

I've gotten it recently too but declined to participate. It's a survey company named WBA that has been contracted by Amtrak:

If it came from a 607 area code, it's likely the same thing.

Random passengers are contacted to take a survey about their experience on. Amtrak. You are free to chose to participate or not. I too would be very upset regarding the time of the call.
