Not sure who to contact. When I go to amtrak.com I forgot password and fill in the info. Says no user. Ok so I go create a new account. Says email and phone already taken!

Sorry. Missed the details. When you click on "Forgot Password", see if just filling in your phone number will allow it to find your id, etc...

More details missed. It says all fields are required.

Suggest calling customer service.
