Even a blind pig finds an acorn now and then.

As for the trains being on time into Chicago -- I'll never forget my introduction to "Amtrak Time."

It was circa 1978, on the "Chessie Steam Special." For whatever reason we were late. I was in the souvenier car. "How late are we?" I asked one of the NRHS(I think) clerks.

"Oh, we're on-time -- Amtrak time," one replied.

"What's that?"

"The time you say plus or minus 24 hours."

I don't know what happened over the weekend but #4, 6, & 8, are all estimated to arive into CUS early.
Early arrivals are normal for #4 and #8.

Anything less than one hour late is exceptional and noteworthy for #6 since it doesn't happen all that often.

You DO know that "on time" means on the day you were scheduled to arrive, right?
