I dunno...I'd admit that the Three Rivers would look pretty good with the consist AmfleetFan mentioned earlier, but I'd much prefer the following

HHP-8 (removed in H-Burg, not Philly)

Heritage Baggage

Refurb Heritage Coach x3

Refurb Heritage Diner (with counter serving as snack bar)

Heritage Sleeper (refurbed like the Via Rail ones) x2

P40 (added in H-Burg)

Nothing beats an all-heritage consist if you ask me

Well keep in mind Pennsy fan that the train reverses controlling ends in Philly no matter what. So the Hippo would have to run around the train at Philly and hook onto the bottom for the remainder of the trip. This has to be done since the switches leading to the Harrisburg Main are north of the Philly station.
