Nice to see the folks who run the Capitol Corridor get some well deserved credit in the press. It really is a good service, and while I can't personally speak of an interaction with Gene, anytime I have e-mailed a question or concern to his office I have always received a prompt courteous response.

It seems like everyone at the Capitol Corridor operates fast and efficiently. I, too, have e-mailed questions or concerns (as recently as today) and have always received a prompt, informative response.
