We are suppose to take the Texas eagle from Bloomington il to Chicago on Saturday. We have had our tickets for a long time. We'll we have noticed that Texas has been running really late. We were thinking of getting on the 945 train to Chicago if possible. I saw that the business section of the train is sold out. Is there really a business section on this train? Any experience on thus train? You think we would have any problems switching trains now?

Just change your rez for a Coach ticket on the Lincoln Service Train! Its a short trip to CHI and while the 2x1 Seating in the Biz Class Car is nice, its not worth it for this short a trip!

Yes on food and wi-fi on the Lincoln Service. Have enjoyed both in the past, and found both perfectly adequate. 
IIRC, the wi-fi warns against doing big video downloads, but that's not something I usually do anyhow.

Track construction aside the Lincoln Service Trains are usually very dependable.
