CL Delay 11/6 (5) east of Pittsburgh

Just noticed the Cap Ltd #30 was reported 4 hrs late at COV today, after being on-time at PGH. Does anyone have insight as to what happened? I'm guessing it wasn't a track issue at or just outside PGH, because #42 is reported on-time at LEW.

Sounds like the CSX train routing system bit the dust, and caused major backups. Then a recrew was needed.
