CZ Route changes in Nov??

I've seen some posts on route changes on the CZ this summer for track repairs. Does anyone know of any plans to alter the normal route during Nov. of this year (I have tentative plans to travel to CA from Boston for Thanksgiving).

FWIW, I've never heard Amtrak do a reroute of the Zephyr except for summer months on account of track maintenance. Typically Summer is when they send the rail gangs into the mountains, when the weather is nice and there's not lots of snow. That isn't saying that a train couldn't derail just before you're scheduled to go through, and they do a reroute through Wyoming. But I think you're probably more safe than not.
