Amtrak has completely eliminated the bottom two sleeper buckets on many routes and three on some for the rest of the summer (some trains brought up have none or one room sold at middle bucket with nothing lower available). With gas prices going up daily the revenue coffers ought to be filling up quickly.Looks like a lot of AGR points are going to used this summer... :cool:
 
I often wonder who is it that can afford those high buckets :unsure:

But if the rooms get filled, customers are happy, and Amtrak makes more money who am I to complain :cool:

Me - using AGR points!

(It "costs" the same number of AGR points no matter the bucket!)
