iPhone App and AGR

Am I missing something or am I unable to reserve tickets using my App and using AGR points? Can't see any way to do it.

As said, you can reserve with AGR points on the regular website but you can not using the Amtrak app. And if the award includes a sleeper, you must call AGR.

OK. Perhaps this is another area for improvement of the app. Will do it online.

Also, if the trip contains a connection you must book via phone. For example, booking a coach trip on a LD train out of NYP that requires a connection on the NEC. Or booking a LD trip in coach out of CHI that requires a connection from one of the regional trains in/out of CHI.

Not only can you not book an AGR trip via the App, you can't see an AGR trip (or any made by phone) on the App. Android or i-Phone, both the same in this respect.

There has been discussion about this - and I still don't understand why! :blink:
