Las Vegas Airport location for Kingman shuttle

Okay I know i can call amtrak for the location at McCarren Airport. Where do they load the people into the van that leaves for Kingman AZ at 10:00 at night to go back to Kingman Az to pick up the Southwest Chief???? I heard one person say it is Level 1 at Terminal 1, and yet a limo driver said it is at Level 0??? How much time has anyone left to get to the airport on time if your staying on the strip??

It is level zero, the same as the city buses and all the hotel shuttles. You should probably leave the strip about an hour before your departure so you can find the spot.
