I have a very good one I bought years ago that is a Photoshop add-on. Called Noise-Ninja, it does a nice job, too.

Ive also used noise ninja . Its very good. I own fractals that I use sparingly..

I bought it. Seems to work pretty well.

Here's Before/After of D3 blowing out some birthday candles. Photo was taken with an iPhone, and nothing done to it before processing through noiseless:



No question it's a bit softer than the original, but you can adjust the amount of noise reduction if you want something not as soft.
