Milwaukee station question

Do any of you know if the Amtrak station in Milwaukee (downtown) has baggage lockers, i.e. somewhere you can stow a piece of luggage securely for some hours while one does stuff outside the station before returning for both it and your return train?

I'm not familiar with MKE, so I don't know if they have lockers. But they do offer checked baggage, so maybe the baggage office can hold your bags. The hours are 5:30 AM to 9 PM.

a good alternative if you don't find lockers is to find a decent hotel (not motel) and ask if they will hold your bags for a few hours. they are usually prepared to do this for guests, and won't mind for non-guests IF YOU TIP.

The Milwaukee station DOES NOT have lockers. As other posters said, they do have checked baggage so I'm sure they would hold your bags for you -- if not -- the station is close to the Hilton Hotel, so you might want to try what the previous poster suggested.
