NE Regional 21-day saver fares

Many NER saver fares that used to require a 14-day advance purchase now appear to require (an airline-industry standard) 21-day advance.

We now have up to three different levels of saver fares between most major city pairs. For NYP-BOS, you’re now looking at $49 (21 day), $59 (14 day), or $69 (7-day), depending on how far in advance you book. Lowest value fare is $79.

Ok, given everything else...I'm not sure how much of a marginal benefit there is to Amtrak with this. Granted, I never touched Saver fares with a barge pole over the years...but wow.
